Matt and Rhiannon Burkhardt started Monarchs Roofing Co. to be the opposite of that experience: a crew that shows up, communicates constantly, and treats your home like it's their own.

Matt Burkhardt
Co-Owner, Consultant & Faithful Steward
Matt has spent over 20 years in the roofing, siding, and gutter business — traveling the country as an insurance claim restoration and storm damage specialist after graduating from Ashland University. He's settled hundreds of storm damage claims with nearly every major insurance carrier in the nation and built thousands of residential and commercial projects along the way. He's held General Manager, Production Manager, and National Sales Trainer roles with major roofing companies, and is still sought out across the country as a consultant to help other roofing businesses build better systems.
After 15 years in the industry, Matt turned his focus toward building a small, locally-owned family business grounded in Christian principles — one focused on the long-term goals and satisfaction of every client, not just the next job.
Off the clock, Matt's favorite coworker has four legs.
Rhiannon Burkhardt
Co-Owner, Business Administrator & Faithful Steward
Rhiannon brings 20+ years of experience gained working alongside Matt, plus a lifetime around her family's concrete business, which gave her an early, practical understanding of contracting work. She leads Monarchs' administrative and marketing operations and is often the one walking clients through the insurance claim process — with a design eye to match.
Between running the office and running her kids to practice, Rhiannon is the first to say she loves her job at Monarchs — but loves being a mom even more. She's a true asset to the company, and the kind of person who'd give you the shirt off her back.
